Concerts are held at the Municipal Auditorium in Downtown
Greenville. (location map) The Municipal
Auditorium was built in 1939 as a public works project
of the Roosevelt administration. It has 1,734 theatre-style
seats. The venue has hosted a wide variety of artists
over the years, from Elvis Presley to Duke Ellington.
Official KTCS T-shirts will be on sale
in the lobby for only $10-20.
Proceeds go directly to KTCS which is a non-profit, volunteer run organization
who strives to bring the best in Texas music to Greenville.
No alcohol is permitted in the Municipal
Auditorium.
